Terms and Conditions of Healy World Turkey 

FOR THE PURCHASE OF HEALY WORLD PRODUCTS AND THE SUBSCRIPTION TO A HEALY FREQUENCY PROGRAM 

1. GENERAL 

1.1 The following website is operated by HEALY WORLD TURKEY MIKROFRENKANS CIHAZLARI TIC. LTD. ŞTI as a company legally established and existing under the laws of Turkey with its registered address at Kozyatağı Mah. Çardak Sk. Herti Plaza No:1/a Kadıköy/İstanbul 34742, Turkey. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before accessing the website. 

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Healy World and govern your use of the Website and all offers presented on the Website and all purchases made through the Website of Healy World products and Healy Program Group subscriptions. They apply to all contracts concluded via the official website https://eu.healy.shop/tr/ (the “Website”) of Healy World Turkey with a customer who is a consumer, i.e. any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside his or her trade, business or profession (hereinafter “Consumer” or “You”). 

By registering, subscribing for a fee, or purchasing products or other content, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

1.2 Ordering a Healy World device or accessory (“Healy World Products”) and/or subscribing to a Healy Frequency Program (“Healy World Subscription”) is only possible if you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

1.3 Part A of these General Terms and Conditions contains regulations for the purchase of a Healy World product. Part B of these General Terms and Conditions contains special provisions for the conclusion of a Healy World subscription. Part C contains further provisions which, like this Clause 1, apply both to the purchase of a Healy World Product and to the conclusion of a Healy World Subscription. 

Part A – BUYING A HEALY WORLD PRODUCT 

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT 

2.1 The presentation of Healy World products on the website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but a non-binding product catalog. Errors and omissions excepted. 

2.2 By placing an order on the Website, the consumer makes a binding offer to purchase the respective Healy World products and thus to enter into a purchase agreement (“Agreement“). 

2.3 In order to place an order, the consumer may first place Healy World products in the shopping cart without obligation and then correct his entries at any time by using the “Back” button on his browser before placing the binding order. In the shopping cart itself, he can change the quantity of a product or remove a product from the shopping cart at any time. 

2.4 After that, the consumer must enter all data relevant for processing the order (first and last name, billing and delivery address, selection of payment method and payment data, e-mail address). During the ordering process, Healy World provides the consumer with technical means in the form of a customary completeness and plausibility check (checking whether all mandatory fields have been filled in and whether the characters entered match the corresponding mandatory field), with the help of which the consumer can identify any errors in input. Subsequently, the consumer’s order data is summarized once again for verification.  

2.5 By clicking the button “order subject to payment” the consumer places a binding order for the Healy World products contained in the shopping cart. The consumer can only place a binding order if he has taken note of and accepted these GTC and if he has taken note of the privacy policy and the cancellation policy according to section 6 and confirmed this by placing a check mark in the field “I have taken note of and accepted the privacy policy and the GTC” as well as in the field “I have taken note of the cancellation policy” before clicking the aforementioned button “Order subject to payment”. 

2.6 The General Terms and Conditions can be printed via the “Print” function and saved via the “Save” function.  

2.7 Healy World shall immediately confirm receipt of the order by automatically generated e-mail to the consumer (“Confirmation of Receipt“). The Confirmation of Receipt does not constitute an acceptance of the order, unless such acceptance is expressly stated in the Confirmation of Receipt, in which case the contract shall be concluded by such acceptance. Otherwise, a contract shall be concluded at the time Healy World accepts the order by e-mail to the customer (“Order Confirmation“), at the latest, however, when the ordered Healy World products are shipped in accordance with Sections 1 and 4.2 and the consumer receives another separate e-mail with the shipping information (“Shipping Confirmation“) from Healy World. The order or shipping confirmation will also contain all details of the contract (including the details of the order and these General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy). 

2.8 If the acceptance of the consumer’s order is not expressly declared within five working days after receipt of the order confirmation by sending the order or shipping confirmation, the consumer’s offer to conclude the contract shall be deemed rejected.  

2.9 Healy World shall use reasonable efforts to provide a specific, clear and detailed description of the features, price and availability of each Healy World products offered by Healy World.  

3. REWARDS 

3.1 Promotion 

The “Rewards” promotion is designed to reward Healy World members who earned benefits through “Fast Start”, promotions or incentives. The list of rewards is available in the shop account, under “Rewards”. You can select the reward you want to redeem, make sure to verify your delivery address and click on “order”. Please, note that the maximum period to redeem your rewards is up to three months. If you don’t redeem your rewards within the 3 month period, they will expire and will be listed under “Expired“, under the rewards tab.  

3.2 Get a “Device Bonus” or a “Subscription Bonus” with “Rewards” 

By participating in the “Rewards” promotion, you have the opportunity to receive a Healy World product free of charge as a bonus, depending on your qualification level.  

3.3 Rewards Conditions 

Devices obtained through the Fast Start promotion are considered a business gift and become the property of Healy World members. THESE DEVICES ARE NOT TO BE RESOLD AND ARE GIVEN FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF SUPPORTING THE MEMBER IN PROMOTING THEIR BUSINESS WITHIN HEALY WORLD.  

4. HEALY WORLD BUNDLE OPTIONS 

– Basic Bundle: This bundle includes a Healy Evolve and a MagHealy. Additionally, a Healy Coil is included at no extra cost.
– Elevate Bundle: This bundle features a Healy Professional and a MagHealy. Complimentary devices included are the Healy Demo Edition, the Healy Coil, and the HAA Meridian Module.
– Ultimate Bundle: This bundle offers a Healy Obsidian and a MagHealy. The free devices provided are the Healy Demo Edition and the HAA Meridian Module.   

Important Restrictions:   

• The Healy Demo Edition included in the Elevate and Ultimate Bundles is not eligible for resale or software upgrades. 
• It is prohibited to transfer the Healy Demo device to another account. 
• Subscriptions cannot be added to the Healy Demo Edition. 

5. HEALY HIGHWAVE AND HEALY COIL 

5.1 Launch offer for the Healy HighWave  

From 6th of June until 31st of July 2025, customers who purchase the Healy Highwave will receive the following benefits as part of a limited-time launch offer:  

• • Unlimited access to the new Mind Wave and Cell Wave program groups, which include 12 specially developed frequency programs; and 
  • Access to an exclusive webinar hosted by Markus Schmieke. 

Devices returned within the 14-day withdrawal period will result in automatic deactivation of the two program groups. Additionally, if you are registered to participate to the Healy World Tour 2025, you may enter your event coupon code at checkout to receive a special gift, available exclusively to World Tour attendees. 

5.2 Devices compatibility   

Please note that the use of devices Healy HighWave and Healy Coil requires the Healy device, as both function by attaching to it.   

6. PRICES; TERMS OF PAYMENT

6.1 The prices stated on the website in euros include the statutory value added tax and other price components and are exclusive of the respective flat rate shipping costs, which are automatically displayed in the shopping cart. The total purchase price for the products ordered by you including VAT and, if applicable, shipping costs will also be displayed in the order mask before you submit the order. 

6.2 Payment shall be made via the payment method selected by you in the order process.
The following payment methods are available: 

– Credit card: VISA, MasterCard 

– PayTR; Direct Bank Transfer; PayPal 

6.3 The Consumer shall receive invoices and credit notes for each binding order exclusively in electronic form. Upon receipt of the invoice, the invoice amount stated therein is immediately due for payment in full.  

6.4 In case of default of payment, Healy World is entitled to its statutory rights.  

7. DELIVERY; RESERVATION OF TITLE

7.1 A product order will be delivered to the address provided by the consumer to Healy World.  

7.2 Healy World shall deliver the ordered Healy World products at the latest within 30 calendar days after the purchase contract.  

7.3 Healy World reserves the right not to refund the delivery charges paid by the consumer if, after payment of the delivery charge and initiation of delivery, the consumer wishes to change the delivery method to a lower-priced delivery option or to self-collection or to a new, lower-priced delivery address. Healy World also reserves the right to charge the additional delivery fees incurred if the consumer subsequently changes the address provided or wishes to change the method of delivery to a higher priced delivery option. 

7.4 Healy World reserves the unrestricted right to deliver a product order, or any part thereof, prior to the expected delivery date, provided that this is reasonable and without further cost to the consumer.  

7.5 The risk of loss of or damage to the Healy World Product that is the subject of an Order shall pass to the Consumer (a) when the Consumer or a third party other than the carrier designated by the Consumer has taken possession of the Healy World Product; or (b) upon delivery of the Healy World Product to the carrier if the carrier has been engaged by the Consumer to transport the Product and such choice has not been offered by Healy World, without prejudice to the Consumer’s rights against the carrier. 

7.6 Notwithstanding any limitations on delivery and/or transfer of risk, Healy World shall remain title to the Healy World products until Healy World has received payment in full for all Healy World products that are subject to an order.  

8. RIGHTS OF DEFECT

8.1 In the event of defects in Healy World products, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract, to reduce the purchase price within the scope of the statutory provisions, to request complimentary repair of the product sold by Healy World, unless the repair entails excessive expenses, or, subject to available stocks, to request replacement of the defective product with another.  

8.2 The period for asserting claims based on defects shall be two years and shall commence at the time the respective Healy World products have been delivered to the consumer. Claims based on defects which Healy World has fraudulently concealed or which are subject to a quality or durability guarantee shall remain unaffected by this clause 8.2.  

8.3 Claims for damages due to defects are subject to the statutory provisions, modified by the provisions in clause 8.  

9. LIABILITY

9.1 Healy World shall always be liable irrespective of the nature of the breach of its obligations under the contract, including tort, if the breach of obligation is due to intent or gross negligence. 

9.2 In case of breach of essential contractual obligations by Healy World, its legal representatives or vicarious agents, the fulfillment of which makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place and on the observance of which the contractual partner may generally rely, Healy World shall be liable for any breach due to negligence; in case of slight negligence, however, liability shall be limited to the typical damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract. 

9.3 Limitations and exclusions of liability according to this clause 8 do not apply 

– in case of injury to life, body or health,  

– in case of fraudulent concealment of defects,  

– in the event of liability for claims under the Product Liability Act,  

– in the event of gross negligence on the part of Healy World’s executive bodies or officers, or  

– as far as Healy World has assumed a guarantee of quality or durability.  

9.4 As far as liability is excluded or limited according to this clause 8, this also applies to employees, representatives, and vicarious agents of Healy World. 

9.5 The above liability provisions shall apply mutatis mutandis to futile expenses.  

9.6 Healy World is not liable for damages resulting from improper use of the Healy World products by the consumer.  

10. RIGHT OF REVOCATION

You are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. 

10.1 Cancellation policy 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. Products must be returned in their original condition. Specifically, when returned, vitamin strips must have been unopened, unused, and undamaged, remaining in their original packaging. Additionally, the expiry date must not have been surpassed.   

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HEALY WORLD TURKEY MIKROFREKANS CIHAZLARI TIC. LTD. ŞTI, Kozyatağı Mah. Çardak Sk. Herti Plaza No:1/a Kadıköy/İstanbul 34742, Turkey, e-mail: turkiye@healy.world) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. 

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period. 

10.2 Consequences of the revocation 

If you revoke this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. 

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than within fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. 

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of the return. The cost price of the return is 10 Euros and will be deducted from the credit amount if the cost of the return was not to be borne by Healy World according to the terms of the purchase contract. 

You only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary for the inspection of the condition, properties and functioning of the goods. 

No commission will be paid to your sponsor for returned items, whether Healy devices or vitamin strips.

10.3 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer can also log in and submit a ticket in the Support Center, stating his name, e-mail address, telephone number and desire to return a Healy World product. Healy World will process the return and send the consumer a return label. The consumer must securely package the Healy World product, affix the return label, and take the package to the nearest drop-off location from the carrier.  

10.4 The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts: 

(a) Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the manufacture of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer. 

(b) contracts for the supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal has been removed after delivery.  

10.5 In the case of promotional offers, any equipment and/or accessories that you received free of charge as part of your order must be returned along with the equipment and/or accessories that are not promotional items in order to receive a refund. 

11. Healy World Warranty for Consumers 

11.1 Healy World is liable for all material defects and defects of title that already existed at the time of sale. The warranty period for Healy World products and accessories is two years and starts from the day of receipt of the goods. 

11.2 Until the 01.06.2024, Healy World in Turkey existed under Healy International B.V., a legally established company under the laws of the Netherlands. It implies that for orders placed between the 01.01.2022 and the 31.05.2024, it shall be presumed in the first 12 months that the defect already existed at the time of sale.  

Given that this current contract falls under Turkish law, for orders placed from the 01.06.2024, it shall be presumed in the first 6 months that the defect already existed at the time of sale.  

After these periods, the customer must prove that the defect already existed at the time of sale.  

11.3 Excluded from the above restrictions are culpably caused damages to life, body, or health or such which are based on an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by Healy World or a legal representative or vicarious agent. 

11.4 If operating or product instructions of Healy World and the manuals are not followed, changes are made to the products or other improper interventions are made, the warranty is void insofar as defects have arisen as a result. 

11.5 We ask for your understanding that we do not assume any warranty for wear parts of any kind. 

11.6 Accessories (electrodes, cables, charging cables, etc.): Accessories are subject to their own warranty conditions, as their service life depends on various factors. This warranty convers defects in material or manufacturing that affect the normal use of the accessories. The warranty does not cover damage due to improper handling, improper use, excessive strain or normal wear and tear. A warranty therefore only exists if a defect is due to a manufacturing error or a defect that was already present at the time of purchase. Use-related wear and tear and normal wear and tear of batteries are not covered by the warranty. 

Part B – CONCLUSION OF A HEALY WORLD SUBSCRIPTION  

In addition to purchasing a Healy device, you can also subscribe to Healy World via the website. 

12. SCOPE AND USE OF THE HEALY WORLD SUBSCRIPTION

12.1 Subscription of the devices The Healy World Subscription grants you the right to use the Healy Frequency Program and other services contained therein (“the Services“). 

12.2 Subscription for the vitamin strips When purchasing the vitamin strips, you have the possibility to purchase a monthly subscription with automated shipping. The acquisition of vitamin strips does not require a subscription to our automated shipping program.  

12.3 The Healy World subscription may not be used by other persons or organizations. 

12.4 We may offer some services on a monthly subscription basis, individually or as a bundle of different programs. 

13. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

The Healy World subscriptions can be taken out in accordance with the order process under point 2.  

14. PRICES; TERMS OF PAYMENT 

14.1 Prices are displayed in Euro including VAT.  

14.2 If you decide to purchase a Healy World product at the same time as a Healy World subscription, the first payment is due from the date of your order and then on the same calendar day of the following month. 

14.3 Payment shall be made via the payment method selected by you in the ordering process.
The following payment methods are available:

15. TERM AND CANCELLATION OF HEALY WORLD SUBSCRIPTION 

15.1 Term and renewal of the Healy subscription  

A paid Healy subscription for your Healy or Maghealy has a minimum term, which is chosen by you when you sign the contract. If the paid subscription is not cancelled with one month’s notice to the end of the month, it is automatically renewed indefinitely, depending on the type of subscription. If you have not cancelled the initial paid subscription or have not cancelled it in time, you can cancel the renewal subscription at any time with one month’s notice. 

15.2 Term and renewal of the Healy and MagHealy subscription 

A paid Healy and MagHealy subscription has a minimum term, which varies depending on the type of subscription you choose. If the paid subscription is not cancelled with one month’s notice to the end of the month, it will automatically renew indefinitely, depending on the type of subscription. 

1-month subscription (automatically renews for another month after expiration)
3-month subscription (automatically renewed for three months after expiration)
6-month subscription (automatically renewed for six months after expiration)
12-month subscription (automatically extended by one month after expiration) 

If you have not cancelled your initial paid subscription or have not cancelled it in time, you can cancel the renewal subscription at any time by giving one month’s notice. 

The possibility of renewal of a subscription to the longer term is possible only after the cancellation of the current subscription. In case of changing to a subscription with a longer term within an existing subscription, the monthly payment due date of the first subscription shall remain in effect until its expiration. 

MagHealy: The following discounts apply to subscriptions with longer terms and/or additional MagHealy applications: 

3 months subscription = 5% discount
6 months subscription = 10% discount
12 months subscription = 20% discount
2 MagHealy applications = 20% discount
3 MagHealy applications = 33% discount. 

In case of simultaneous purchase of a MagHealy and a subscription, we grant a flat extension of the subscription for up to 15 days, which includes the delivery time of the device. This period is granted following an expired subscription. Healy World grants this lump sum subscription extension following an expired renewal subscription. 

Healy World reserves the right to unilaterally modify or terminate these special terms and conditions at any time without notice for any reason. 

15.3 Business Suite subscription duration and renewal 

The Business Suite program offers three different subscription plans, each containing various modules: 

• • Sharer Bundle 
  • Team Builder Bundle 
  • Leader Bundle 

Please note that these subscription names are independent headings and do not correspond to IHWM headings for Healy World members. 

Additionally, to sign up for a Business Suite subscription, you must own a Healy device and use the HealAdvisor analysis app. You can only gain special access to the Business Suite program when both products are used together. 

The Business Suite subscription is billed monthly, with a minimum term of one month. The paid subscription will automatically renew indefinitely unless canceled at least one month before the end of the billing period. 

15.4 Cancellation of the subscription  

You may cancel any Healy World subscription(s) that you no longer desire by simply clicking the button in the Healy World Shop, under the tab “Abonelik Yönetimi”, or by sending a message to mailto:contact.emea@healy.worldturkiye@healy.world.  

16. CHANGES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE SUBSCRIPTION OFFERS

Healy World may, in its sole discretion, change the price of subscription offerings at certain intervals to reflect the impact of changes in the overall costs associated with our service. Cost factors that affect the price of our subscription offerings include production and licensing costs, costs associated with technical delivery, customer service and other distribution costs (e.g., billing and payment, marketing), general administrative and other overhead costs (e.g., rent, interest and other financing costs, costs of personnel, service providers and services, IT systems, energy), and government-imposed fees such as taxes and duties. Healy World will notify its customers of any price increase at least 30 days prior to its effective date by email to the address provided in the registration. Within the scope of the notification of the price increase, Healy World will also specifically inform its customers of the extraordinary right of cancellation, which applies exclusively to price adjustments, the cancellation period as well as the consequences of a cancellation that is not made in due time. If the subscription is not cancelled, the new price will apply to the user, starting with the next due date of the monthly subscription. 

Subscriptions can be modified at any time on the e-shop’s personal space, easily accessible from the web page by clicking on “Subscription Management”.  

17. OPERATIONAL STABILITY & MAINTENANCE OF THE SYSTEM

Healy World frequency subscription programs are provided with the highest degree of operational stability possible, but Healy World is not liable for outages caused by factors beyond its control. Such failures include, but are not limited to, power outages, failures in modem equipment, telecommunications links, or the like. In any case, Healy World will endeavor to restore normal operation as soon as possible. 

Healy World may, without prior notice, make operational changes to the Healy Frequency Programs for improvement or other purposes (e.g., by developing or updating software). In certain circumstances, it may be necessary to interrupt access to the frequency programs, generally between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. CET. Such an interruption will be announced in advance, as far as foreseeable. 

18. RIGHTS TO THE FREQUENCY PROGRAMS AND THE HEALY WORLD APPLICATION 

18.1 Ownership of Frequency Programs The Healy Frequency Programs remain the unrestricted property of Healy World. Customized software for Frequency Programs shall also remain the property of Healy World unless otherwise agreed. Healy World may assign its rights and obligations under this Agreement at any time to a commercially affiliated subsidiary or business unit, or to any affiliate or division thereof. Except as provided above, the rights and obligations under this Agreement may not be transferred to a third party without the written consent of the other party. In the event of such a transfer, you shall have the right to withdraw from the contract. 

18.2 Updates and Modifications Healy World will provide updates to Apps to the extent necessary and appropriate. Healy World reserves the right to provide additional updates at its sole discretion. Healy World reserves the right to modify Apps at any time in a manner reasonably acceptable to User, e.g., to further develop them and improve the user experience. This right applies to both technical and content adjustments. 

19. LIABILITY OF HEALY WORLD

Healy World has taken reasonable steps to ensure that the Spectrum Programs are free of malicious software but cannot guarantee that the Programs will remain free of malicious software. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Healy World disclaims all warranties, express or implied, with respect to the Frequency Programs, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of fitness or suitability for a particular purpose. 

In all other respects Healy World shall be liable in accordance with clause 9. 

ADDITIONNALY, THE DEVICES AND VITAMINS STRIPS ARE NOT INTENDED TO CURE, TREAT, MITIGATE, DIAGNOSE, OR PREVENT ANY DISEASE OR MEDICAL CONDITION. THE TERMS USED IN THE PROGRAMS AND INSTRUCTIONS DO NOT CONSTITUTE STATEMENTS CONCERNING THEIR EFFECTS. 

20. RIGHT OF REVOCATION 

You are entitled to a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions. 

20.1 Cancellation policy 

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. 

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date of conclusion of the contract. 

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (HEALY WORLD TURKEY MIKROFREKANS CIHAZLARI TIC. LTD. ŞTI, Kozyatağı Mah. Çardak Sk. Herti Plaza No:1/a Kadıköy/İstanbul 34742, Turkey, e-mail: turkiye@healy.world) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail) of your decision to revoke this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory. 

The timely dispatch of the revocation is sufficient to comply with the revocation period. 

20.2 Consequences of the revocation 

If you revoke this contract, we must return to you all payments that we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your revocation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees because of this repayment.
We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier. 

If you have requested that the services begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the services already provided up to the time you notify us of the exercise of the right of withdrawal with respect to this contract compared to the total scope of the services provided for in the contract. 

– END OF THE CANCELLATION POLICY – 

Your right of withdrawal shall also expire in the case of a contract for the purchase of digital content if the execution of the contract has been commenced after you have agreed to the commencement of the execution of the contract on your part before the end of the withdrawal period and you have confirmed your knowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

21. DATA PROTECTION AND CONFIDENTIALITY 

21.1 Data processing shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant data protection laws. For the rest, reference is made to the information on data protection on our website: https://eu.healy.shop/de/privacy/ 

21.2 Healy World has implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures in accordance with the legal requirements to ensure the security of the personal data processed. 

21.3 Healy World is required to maintain the confidentiality of all information obtained about you and will not disclose such information to any third party unless required to do so by a court or regulatory agency of competent jurisdiction, and then only to the extent necessary. 

22. SINGLE SIGN-ON SERVICES

22.1 Healy World uses a single sign-on authentication method (“SSO Services”). This allows Users of Healy World Services to securely authenticate to the Services and Applications and only need to enter their credentials once. There is no need to create a separate account with each application. The data provided during registration on the Healy World website is automatically and securely transferred into the system via an interface. 

22.2 Users are responsible for the security of their login information and must not disclose it to third parties. The SSO Services may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice. Healy World shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of SSO authentication. 

22.3 Users may change their login data or delete their account at any time if they so wish. By using SSO authentication, users agree to these terms. 

23. FINAL PROVISIONS

23.1 Contracts between Healy World and the consumer shall be governed by the laws of Turkey, excluding the UN Sales Convention. However, this choice of law shall only apply to the extent that the consumer is not thereby deprived of the protection afforded to him by provisions which, under the law, may not be derogated from by agreement and which, in the absence of a choice of law, would have been applicable on the basis of statutory provisions. The statutory provisions on the restriction of the choice of law and on the applicability of mandatory provisions, in particular of the state in which the customer has his habitual residence as a consumer, shall remain unaffected. 

The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship between the consumer and Healy World, is the competent court of the country in which Healy World has its registered office. 

23.2 Consumers have the option to address complaints or objections to the arbitration committee or consumer court in their place of residence. The Ministry annually establishes the arbitration committees for consumers, delineating their authority and tasks. 

23.3 Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions or of the contract concluded between the parties be or become invalid in whole or in part, this shall not affect the validity of the remainder of the contract. The ineffective points shall be replaced by the statutory provisions, if any. 

23.4 Healy World reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments shall be effective immediately upon posting on the official website or upon notice to customers by other appropriate means. Continued use of Healy World’s services and products following the posting or notification of such modifications shall constitute the customer’s acceptance of the new terms. It is the responsibility of the customers to periodically review the Terms and Conditions to be informed of any changes.
