Healy World stands behind the quality of its products and makes every endeavour to deal effectively with defective or damaged products. Healy World warrants that its products will conform to the specifications at the time of delivery and agrees to remedy non-conformity from the date risk passes to purchasers within the Warranty Period set out below. We shall not be liable in any way for any defect in the products after such period.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers

The information on returns below applies exclusively to consumers. Consumers have the right of withdrawal from their contract for the online purchase of Healy devices based on the following provisions. The right of withdrawal expires to the extent permitted in the case of an online contract for the purchase of Healy software and under the conditions applicable by law. A consumer is any individual who takes lawful action for purposes not predominantly attributable to commercial or self-employed activities.

Right to withdraw from an online purchase and return Healy devices

You have the right to withdraw from this contract for the online purchase of Healy devices within fourteen (14) days without giving reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier of the goods, takes possession of the goods. To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, please log in and submit a ticket in the Support Centre: Include your name, e-mail address, telephone number and your request to return the Healy device in your ticket. You must provide a clear document (for example, a letter sent by post or email) stating your decision to cancel this contract. You can use the enclosed sample form to withdraw from your purchase contract, but it is not mandatory to use it. To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract (excluding any additional costs resulting from your selection of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). For this reimbursement, we will use the payment instrument used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any extra charges for this reimbursement.

Depending on which we receive first, we may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back.

You must send the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within fourteen (14) days following the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal from this purchase contract.

If you send the goods before the end of the fourteen (14) day period, the deadline is met.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of the return. The cost of the return is 10 euros and will be deducted from the credit amount if the cost of the return is not borne by Healy World according to the terms of the purchase contract.

You are only obliged to pay any loss in the value of the goods if this loss in the value of the goods is due to your use of an unnecessary method of examining the condition, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Return Policy

Healy World Return Policy for Defective or Damaged Products

1.Application Area

1.1 You must inspect the products immediately upon receipt and report any defect to the extent attributable to Healy as soon as such defect can be reasonably ascertained.

1.2 If a product does not conform to the contract at the time and in the condition of delivery and the product:

(a) does not conform to its description in the advertisement or elsewhere

(b) it is not of satisfactory quality as reasonably expected under the terms of the agreement; or

(c) is defective where it is unfit for any purpose notified to the seller prior to the buyer’s purchase of the product.

1.3 This ‘Healy World Returns Policy’ applies only to the return of defective products in the circumstances described above and remedies in accordance with the law are available if the product was purchased within the last two (2) years. However, if the product becomes defective after two (2) years from the date of purchase, the relevant remedies are cannot be used.

1.4 This ‘Healy Returns policy’ only applies to products for which an actual Healy purchase invoice is available.

1.5 Outside of the time frame set out above, Healy World is not required to provide a remedy for defective product in the following circumstances

(a) the consumer has damaged the product;

(b) the consumer has misused the product and caused the malfunction;

(c) the consumer has attempted to repair the item himself or has handed it over for repair to someone else and in the process the item has been damaged

(d) the consumer was informed about the fault before deciding to purchase the product;

(e) the consumer has exercised his right to withdraw from the purchase contract;

(f) the defect is due to wear and tear; and

(g) product damage is discovered after the two (2) year warranty period for appliances only (‘Warranty Period’) from the date risk passes to the purchaser. Accessories are excluded from warranty coverage unless covered by local law.

1.6 Healy World will not accept the return of any product that is clearly identified as a demonstration kit at the time of sale, is non-returnable, discontinued, as a seasonal item, or is currently unsaleable.

2. Return of defective or damaged Healy World products

2.1 Please log in and submit a ticket in the Support Centre. Include your name, e-mail address, telephone number and your request to return the Healy product in your ticket. We will process your return and send you a return label. Pack your Healy product securely, attach the return label and take the parcel to the nearest Yurtiçi cargo delivery point.

2.2 The items you return cannot exceed the amount that appears on the Healy World purchase invoice.

2.3 If possible, you are requested but in no way obliged to return a Healy World product deemed to be defective/damaged in new and unused condition, in its original packaging and with all original labels attached.

2.4 The return of a Healy World product deemed to be defective must be made postmarked within the Warranty Period.

2.5 On receipt of the returned product Healy will fully inspect the product and will advise you within a reasonable time whether Healy has fulfilled your contractual and statutory warranty claims by replacing, repairing, refunding or reducing the price of the product as a result of the defect or damage. However, Healy reserves the right to replace or repair defective products at its discretion. If subsequent performance fails and notwithstanding any claim for compensable damages otherwise, you may, at your general option, terminate the contract or reduce the price.

2.6 If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, Healy will initiate replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price using the original method of payment.

2.7 A Healy product that has been misused after receipt, including in the cases described in Clause 1.5 above, cannot be considered a defective or damaged product according to this ‘Healy Return Policy’.

2.8 A Healy product cannot be considered damaged under this ‘Healy Returns Policy’ if the damage is caused (a) when you or a third party other than the carrier nominated by you takes physical possession of the product; or (b) upon delivery of the product by Healy to the carrier if the carrier has been engaged by you to transport the product and this option has not been offered by Healy.

2.9 You bear the risk of loss or damage to the Healy World product during return as well as all return shipping charges. However, if you are entitled to a replacement or refund, Healy World will refund all reasonable shipping costs you paid to return the product.
